About Me
I'm Chris Losacco (rhymes with "Christmas Taco"). I started making knives because I wasn't satisfied buying pre-designed products out of sub-par materials. Once I realized that I could make drastically better products with unique design and material changes, I was hooked.

My knives are ground ultra thin to a 'zero edge', are 63HRC+ no matter the steel, and are Designed for low drag in dense produce, with the singular goal of making you the best knife you've ever used.
